Fitbit Charge 2
If you're on the market for a fitness tracker that does seemingly everything and does it well, the Fitbit Charge 2 (£130) is your best bet. The wristband tracker, which has constant PurePulse® heart rate monitoring not only has sleep tracking, a stop watch feature and guided breathing sessions at the press of a button, it also has 8 multi-sport tracking modes that include weight training, biking and running.
The Charge 2's other features that benefits fitness enthusiasts is the cardio tracker, which analyses your aerobic efforts and lets you set new goals to improve your score according to the app.
You can expect to charge the tracker around two to three times a week if you intend to use the OLED tap-display regularly.
Notably, while the Charge 2 has been sturdy enough to survive my clumsy drops and bangs, it is not waterproof but will not malfunction after accidental splashes of water.
