Unless you're a dedicated yogi, you most probably know the struggle of trying to fit a decent yoga practice into an already packed workout schedule. If this struggle sounds familiar, you no longer have to choose between the two because the latest class on Another_Space's timetable is the perfect mix of yoga and HIIT.
Devised by Chris Magee, the hour-long sessions, which are open to beginners as well as seasoned yogis, mix classic Vinyasa practice with plyometric moves, so instead of gently transitioning through poses, you're leaping, lunging and jumping through the sequence. Expect to sweat, have fun, and most importantly add “dynamism and diversity to the way you condition your body.”
