This is probably the quickest way to cook tempeh; just dice or cut strips and pan fry it in a little oil. Add whatever flavour you like such as tamari, rice vinegar, garlic, crushed red pepper, or a little maple syrup or agave. Just cook a few minutes on each side until golden brown. You could also marinate your tempeh for an hour or so before sautéing it.
