She writes on her Instagram, "Being diabetic most of my life, I have always had to take food very seriously. So for years, I have been following the keto or ketogenic diet."
To Halle, it's not a diet, though. It's a lifestyle. She credits keto for helping her lose the baby belly and controlling her appetite, and she says it helped with her skin and physical endurance. And she has no plans to stop eating a high-fat diet anytime soon.
