"Definitely zero carbs for sure," Adriana told The Cut. Low-carb was not an option for the model. It was either all in or nothing. She sticks to the basics, like protein shakes and bars, throughout the day, and her meals are veggies and a source of protein that can only be steamed or grilled. Even in choosing her veggies she is picky, and she tries to avoid more starchy options like carrots.
