They come in delicious and intriguing flavours such as salted caramel, cinnamon roll, and matcha almond. What's amazing is that not only do they offer between eight and 12 grams of protein, but the fibre content is so high — also between eight and 12 grams! No wonder these kept me satisfied for hours.
