As a runner, I don't know what I'd do without my foam roller. I'm guessing Reese Witherspoon can relate, because the actress recently shared her daily foam rolling routine on Instagram and it looks like the perfect relaxing stretch session.
Witherspoon's quick routine involves foam rolling on your hips, glutes, quads, IT band, and back, plus a few glute bridges and shoulder flexibility stretches. It's a nice full-body reset if you're sore after a tough workout or tight and tense any time during the day. "It's important to stretch!" Witherspoon wrote, and we can't argue with that.
