Stressed? Shake It Off With These Taylor Swift Workout Videos on YouTube

Taylor Swift has graced us with nine studio albums throughout her decade-plus as an artist. In honour of her newest release, we wanted to relive some of her past hits — and what better way to appreciate Tay herself than to get moving while we listen? Ahead, we've compiled workout videos on YouTube set to songs including "I Did Something Bad," "Cardigan" (remember earlier this year when she surprised us with Folklore?!), "Look What You Made Me Do," and "You Need To Calm Down." Most are dance-inspired, and for the sessions that are not, we made sure to choose ones from certified trainers. Are you ready for it?

The woman who runs the Healthy Fit with Ty YouTube account is an ACE-certified personal trainer, and she brought you a full-body workout focussed on cardio and strength. It's set to songs like "Look What You Made Me Do" and "I Did Something Bad," and you'll follow along to lunge, plank, and squat variations as well as moves that involve standing crunches.

Fitness YouTuber Teagan Dixon chose some grade-A hits from Swift that tack on the nostalgia big time: "You Belong With Me," "22," and "Shake It Off," for example. They are classics, what can we say?!

The Fitness Marshall, our dance workout legend, offers this session set to "Look What You Made Me Do." It has over 1.7 million views, and the video is captioned, "Sometimes the weeds in your life are people . . . and we're pulling them up and out of our lawn," so you know it's about to be good.

Canfitpro-certified personal trainer Emily Thorne, or Emkfit, has this Taylor Swift workout that lasts around 20 minutes. If you haven't done a workout from Thorne before, here's how it goes: you'll alternate between two choreographed sequences for each song, working in intervals of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. It's fun, upbeat, and sweaty Betty (though "Betty" is sadly not one of the songs).

This "Cardigan" dance workout comes from fitness YouTuber Kyra Provost. It's just under four minutes long, so hit repeat if you'd like.

Dixon has a second dance workout featuring a different set of songs: "Me!," "I Knew You Were Trouble," "Look What You Made Me Do," "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," and "Cardigan."

This 15-minute Folklore dance workout from fitness influencer Maddie Lymburner will let you relive Swift's eighth studio album (even though we still feel like it's fresh in our minds from her surprise release this summer). The moves are slow and controlled, and MadFit includes songs such as "The 1," "August," and "Exile."

Up to the BEat Fit's Gina B, a certificate III- and IV-certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, has this short stretching sequence for the end of your workouts, or for a quick flow when you're feeling the need to loosen up. Give it a try! It features Folklore songs "Cardigan" and "August."
