Tips to Build Upper-Body Strength From Nesrine Dally

Yes, You Can Build Upper-Body Strength at Home — This Trainer Shows You How

Building upper-body strength may seem like something that's only reserved for the gym, using a barbell and progressively heavier dumbbells. However, Nike trainer and muay thai boxer Nesrine Dally showed us four tips on how to strengthen your upper body at home, even if you only have access to one pair of dumbbells.

Dally shared videos of four different moves: a tall kneeling single-arm overhead press, a half kneeling single-arm overhead press, a Z press, and a split-stance single-arm overhead press. "Whilst we don't have access to endless barbells and weights at home we have to think outside the box to find stimulus and stress for our body so it that it can adapt and give us those beautiful strength gains that we want!" Dally wrote in the caption. Try these exercises at home and see if you notice any improvement.
