4-Minute Ab Workout to "Dance Monkey" by Tones and I

Can't Get "Dance Monkey" Out of Your Head? You'll Love This Ab Workout That Hits Every Beat

If there's one song we can't get out of our heads right now, it's "Dance Monkey." We've been replaying this fun cardio dance workout set to the snappy Tones and I track, and now fitness YouTuber Maddie Lymburner has chimed in with a "Dance Monkey" ab workout that's bound to put a smile on your face (and a burn in those abs).

The workout is just under four minutes long, and although the music might be light and fun, Maddie's exercises go hard, especially on the lower abs. She transitions from seated knee tucks to on-the-beat plank jumps, finally flipping over for a painful-looking crunch sequence we're a little scared to try. The toughest part, though, has to be the slow V crunches during the bridge of the song — one of the most challenging ab moves out there. Of course, every crunch, reach, and knee pump is choreographed to "Dance Monkey," making it oh-so-satisfying to watch.
