Watching This Trainer Propose Before Filming a Workout Had Us Bursting With Happy Tears!
If you've been a fan of Juice & Toya's workout videos, you'll feel even more emotional watching this sweet proposal — it's the perfect warm-up to this workout! Both NASM-certified personal trainers, LaToya Johnson was doing a standard intro to the 15-Minute Cardio HIIT Dance Workout she was about to lead with Julius White. But the workout gets put on hold when White said before he could explain the workout format, "I have to do something that I've ben waiting to do for a very long time." Then he casually walks over to his towel, unrolls it, and a little red box cascades out. He picks it up and describes LaToya as "my beautiful girlfriend, my best friend, my everything," gets down on one knee and says, "Will you marry me?"
LaToya's mouth drops open and she just looks stunned! She's speechless for a full 12 seconds until she exclaims, "Yes, yes, YES, what, yes, what," and Juice embraces her lovingly, and said, "I got you!" In the Instagram caption, LaToya said, "Came to shoot a workout, left with a FIANCÉ!! Shocked, on cloud 9, my cheeks hurt from smiling. I'm a fiancé."
