Vegan Cherry Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen cherries
1 frozen banana
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla soy milk
1/3 cup vanilla or chocolate plant-based protein powder (I used 1 serving of Vanilla KOS, which has 20 grams of protein per serving)
Toppings optional (chocolate chips, chopped nuts, hemp seeds, shredded coconut, or granola)
Directions
- Add the frozen cherries, banana, and soy milk to a food processor or blender, and puree a few minutes until the fruit is finely chopped.
- Add the protein powder, and puree until smooth.
- Scoop out half the ice cream, add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
