The vanilla flavour is surprisingly one of the richest and creamiest of all the Trader Joe's flavours, so even if you think vanilla is boring, we have a feeling that this one will change your mind.
For the lactose intolerant folks out there, this is the best dairy-free flavour you'll find. Because it's made with coconut milk, it's infused with the slightest hint of coconut, which complements the rich chocolate better than you might expect. Sure, it doesn't have the creamy decadence of true dairy ice cream, but it's a pretty darn good substitute.
