Available for $7 each at Magic Kingdom [4]'s Plaza Ice Cream Parlor through the end of July, these colourful sugar cookie sandwiches are stuffed with birthday-cake-flavoured ice cream and topped with rainbow sprinkles that make the whole thing look like a party in a dessert.
