Part of the joy of eating a Starburst is the firm-yet-chewy texture, but thanks to Starburst Gelatin [3], we'll be able to experience the flavour in a whole new way. The new item was recently spotted by Instagrammers at the Sweets & Snacks Expo [4] in Chicago, and it's basically a Starburst-flavoured version of Jell-O for you to try . . . if that's your thing! So far, it looks like it will come in four flavours: Lemon, All Pink Strawberry, Cherry, and Blue Raspberry. My money's on All Pink, because that's absolutely the best Starburst flavour. There's no word yet on when Starburst Gelatin will be released, but we'll certainly be curious until then.
