We had a great thing going, but Trader Joe's appealed to my inner bagel aficionado with its Everything but the Bagel Greek Yoghurt Dip, and it's basically every pita chip's dream come true. Made with Greek yoghurt, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic, onions, and sea salt, the creamy dip is already a hit with those lucky enough to have tried it. Bread, chips, crackers, and sliced veggies can now experience the full everything bagel treatment, but I'm pretty sure my first order of business is going to be to stick a spoon straight in and savor the dip as is.
The Greek yoghurt-based dip has just 60 calories per serving (a seventh of the container), two grams of carbs, one gram of protein, and 20 milligrams of cholesterol.
