If you're obsessed with all things Disney and Starbucks, allow us to introduce you to your newest go-to drink: the Cinderella Latte. Created by a former Starbucks barista named Erica, better known to her fans as the creator of the extremely cute Disney-themed "Happiest Tees on Earth [1]," the drink puts a new custom spin on the classic pumpkin spice latte [2].

Inspired by the white pumpkins that are nicknamed "Cinderella" pumpkins, the drink makes just one alteration to your usual PSL: substituting half the pumpkin spice with white chocolate mocha. It works for the hot drink, its iced counterpart [3], and even a Frappuccino! According to Erica's Instagram, this customised drink originated years ago [4] as part of her experimenting with creating Disney-themed drinks while working for seven years at a Seattle-area Starbucks. While she's long since left behind her barista days in favour of creating catchy, Disney-themed t-shirts, the Cinderella Latte lives on. And this year, it's going viral, with fans all over the world trying out the yummy creation and posting their princess-worthy results across social media.

The Cinderella Latte isn't officially part of the Starbucks famed "secret menu, [5]" so if you want to order it, you'll have to specify to your barista that you want a PSL with half the pumpkin spice replaced with white mocha sauce.
