*clears throat, taps mic* Ladies and gentlemen, I think I may have just found the most quintessentially Fall drink on planet Earth: sparkling pumpkin spice juice. Now sold at Aldi stores in corked bottles, this fizzy seasonal beverage boasts "a blend of grape and apple juices" and promises a cinnamon-y edge with every sip. So far, the reviews are somewhat shockingly positive, with one Instagram user [3] saying they were "surprised by how tasty it was," and describing it as "kinda spicy, very refreshing."
Look, I love indulging in my annual Starbucks PSL [4] to kick off the Halloween [5] season just as much as the next person, but I think this bubbly concoction may take the whole pumpkin spice infatuation [6] one step too far.
