3-Ingredient Cilantro Cream

This recipe is meant to be simple. Fresh is best, however, I never get through my cilantro in time. Cilantro paste can be found in the produce section.
Ingredients
- 3 ounces of cream cheese
3 tablespoons of cilantro paste
3 tablespoons of lime juice
Directions
- Place cream cheese, cilantro paste, and lime juice in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Cover with a paper towel to avoid mess, and microwave for 45-60 seconds.
- Stir until combined. If you desire a thinner sauce, thin with additional lime juice.
