The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo Cake just debuted at Disney to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the beloved animated film, and the entire thing is almost too enchanting to eat . . . almost. The treat is actually less cake and more a lemon-flavoured Bavarian mousse with a blueberry compote in the middle, but we don't care because it looks exactly like Cinderella's pumpkin coach [2]! The mousse is set atop a citrus almond cake and is finished off with golden chocolate wheels, a pumpkin stem, and a white chocolate window. This dessert is only available for the month of February, so hurry up and grab one at the Main Street Bakery for $7 while you can — just don't lose any glass slippers on your way!
