Disney Springs made its phased re-opening official on May 20 with a brand-new "Welcome Back" frappuccino that's pinker than Aurora's gown. The shopping district on Disneyland's property closed after March 15 due to coronavirus precautions, but two months later non-Disney owned restaurants and storefronts are beginning to resume business. Leave it to Starbucks to celebrate with a themed-drink that's bursting with summery flavours.
The "Welcome Back" beverage is a mango, dragonfruit refresher blended with coconut milk, strawberries, blackberries, plus pineapple ginger syrup, and topped with garden ginger whipped cream. Yum! It's already getting positive reviews from early Disney Springs visitors, who found the drink at the Starbucks outside World of Disney.
