Hailey Bieber's Chocolate-Chip Protein Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

  1. For the Batter:
    1 cup pancake mix
    2 scoops chocolate protein powder
    3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup chocolate chips
    1 large egg
    Butter
  1. Toppings:
    1 packet coconut cream
    1/2 banana
    Maple syrup

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix, chocolate protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter on a nonstick skillet on medium-low heat.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of batter to the pan per pancake. Cook the pancakes until the edges are golden, about 2-3 minutes on either side.
  5. Use a hand mixer to whip the coconut cream until light and fluffy.
  6. Top the pancakes with butter, sliced banana, whipped coconut cream, and maple syrup. Enjoy!
