Fans of malted chocolate balls will be delighted to know that Hershey's has released a Whoppers bar [2] again, which was first reported by snackfluencer Markie Devo on Instagram [3] and later spotted on shelves by Snacks From Around [4].
Self-proclaimed candy historian Collecting Candy [5] (dream job, right?) was quick to correct rumours that this was a brand-new release — after all, not everybody remembers every single candy from the early '00s [6]. "Kudos to Hershey's for making sure these outstanding offerings are being revived (and almost certainly revamped/improved) so that we can enjoy them without the benefit of a time machine," the candy expert wrote on Instagram. Hershey's Whoppers bars are reportedly exclusively available at Walmart, so get a peek inside the packageing ahead, and then find this rereleased treasure for yourself.
