At each Disney property, the holiday spirit is endless, and the decor creates the most magical atmosphere — especially when it comes to their gingerbread house displays. The pastry chefs at each location and property pulled out all the stops this year to craft some truly astonishing gingerbread houses, and we're honestly speechless at the attention to detail! From the Disney Cruise Line to the Aulani resort in Hawaii to the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney has pulled out all the stops to create some real works of art. 1. Gingerbread Display on the Disney Fantasy Cruise Ship

Every holiday season, the pastry teams on each Disney cruise ship hold a competition between ships to design the most elaborate gingerbread house displays, and wow, do they deliver! Each unique display includes over 600 pounds of gingerbread dough, 200 pounds of sugar, and each brick is individually placed with icing. The displays take weeks to create and deliver onto the ship!

2. Amorette's Display at Disney Springs

This storefront display is located in Amorette's Patisserie in Disney Springs, and features a miniature version of the pastry shop with a mini kitchen. It will be featured through the end of December, so you can stop by to take a look and purchase several delicious holiday treats.

3. American Adventure Display at Epcot

This patriotic display features the United States Capitol Building, the Lincoln Memorial, the Jefferson Memorial, and a seven-foot gingerbread Washington Monument topped with golden Mickey ears. There are six hidden Mickeys within the display, so take a visit to find them throughout the holiday season!

4. Gingerbread Display at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort

This life-size gingerbread display located in the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa stands at 14 feet tall! It includes some hidden Mickeys and gingerbread shingles, and fills the resort's lobby with delightfully sweet scents.

5. Gingerbread Display at Disney's Saratoga Springs

This year's display is perfectly themed to Saratoga Springs in New York, complete with a carousel in the park. You can even stop by to purchase some tasty sugar and gingerbread cookies!

6. Gingerbread Display at Disney's Wilderness Lodge

Set inside the lobby of the Wilderness Lodge, this rustic gingerbread display is modelled after turn-of-the-century National Park lodges. It features Humphrey the bear in front, and is located by the lobby's 7-foot Christmas tree. There will be plenty of sweet holiday treats available to purchase, and you might even find a few hidden Mickeys in the display.

7. Gingerbread Display at Disney's BoardWalk Resort

Located in the lobby at the BoardWalk Resort, this display features the BoardWalk Bakery front and centre. You'll see an adorable Chef Mickey, and there are plenty of holiday treats available for purchase near the display.

8. Gingerbread Display at Disney's Beach Club Resort

The life-size spinning carousel display is celebrating its 20 year anniversary in the lobby of the Beach Club Resort. The carousel features Peter Pan-themed horses, and is made with hand-crafted chocolate, sugar, and fondant as well as hand-crafted gingerbread shingles and snowflakes. There are a whopping total of 20 hidden Mickeys!

The beautiful Hawaiian resort will be featuring a Frozen 2 gingerbread display, featuring a giant white chocolate tree adorned with sugar snowflake ornaments and a Hawaiian Olaf tree topper. There are also two tower trees made of over 400 glittering macarons, and a Santa Stitch!

Guests at the Contemporary Resort can find this 18-foot tall gingerbread display of Cinderella's castle on the 4th floor concourse. The castle is set on an "It's a Small World" backdrop, and features Cinderella, Prince Charming, and Fairy Godmother. Thousands of gingerbread blocks, some rolled fondant, modelling chocolate, and more were used to craft this special 10th anniversary display.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland park, so you can find a spectacular display in the main hall of the ride. The pastry team and Imagineers have teamed up to create this spooky display, standing at almost 10 feet tall and featuring 15 different gingerbread cookies depicting different residents of the mansion.

Six hundred pounds of gingerbread and collaborative efforts by Disney artists, engineers, and bakers have come together to create this display, which stands at over seven feet tall! It features a replica of the Grand Californian Hotel, and has a few hidden Mickeys sprinkled throughout.
