HGTV conveniently posts all casting calls for their shows on the "Be on HGTV" portion of their website [4]. Here they have an extensive list of shows, both currently on air and upcoming, along with exactly what they're looking for. Some of the shows they're casting or have recently cast include Property Brothers, House Hunters International, Building Off the Grid, and much more.

Keep in mind that the casting application process for each show may vary and each may have a different set of criteria of who they're currently casting. For instance, Property Brothers was recently looking for people located in Las Vegas who have fixer-uppers and a minimum of $90,000 for their home renovation budget [5]. On the other hand, the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition reboot [6] is currently interested in spotlighting deserving families with touching, inspirational stories. This show is different in that it requires a nomination application [7] to be filled out.
