I was sceptical on whether the roses from Venus Et Fleur are actually real, and to my surprise, yes, they are! They are hand-picked from a rose farm in South America at the perfect bloom. The roses are treated and dipped in a thin wax layer to preserve them, instantly frozen in time. This process lets you customise the colour to something unique like gold, silver, a deep vibrant blue, or even a rainbow, and even preserve the scent. I chose to go with the Venus Et Fleur Small Round ($299) arrangement and keep it classic with a white round box and red roses.
The Scent of the Venus Et Fleur Arrangement:
As soon as I opened the box to reveal my custom Venus Et Fleur Small Round ($299) arrangement, I got an instant whiff of the divine rose scent. It's light and fresh yet has a concentrated and layered feel, like a perfume. The elevated scent fills a room up the first few days of arriving and being on display. By the end of the week, the room had a lingering rose scent. Around the second to the third week, I would get a quick whiff of the fresh scent if I passed by the arrangement, but it didn't fill up the room like the first few days. As time went on, the scent isn't as concentrated, but the arrangement still has that lovely rose scent if you actively sniff it.

How The Venus Et Fleur Arrangement Held Up
The Venus Et Fleur Small Round ($299) arrangement looks absolutely exquisite. The colour I chose is a traditional rich red. It looks royal, elegant, and timeless. The roses feel velvety soft but are quite delicate. It's definitely a decor piece you cannot manhandle and touch all the time. The petals started to get damaged the more I messed with them. The best thing to do is find a permanent home for them and just admire its beauty.
How to Care For the Venus Et Fleur Arrangement:
Although they are real roses, it's best to not water them and to avoid direct sunlight.The preservation process pretty much does the hard work for you. If you want them to last as long as possible, even beyond a year, keep them in a room-temperature location that won't get crushed or pushed around.
