Cheating Tendencies According to Zodiac Signs
People With This Zodiac Sign Are Most Likely to Cheat, Survey Results Show
There are a lot of things a person's zodiac sign says about them (and though many people don't buy into astrology, the traits that go with each sign are usually oddly accurate). For example, Pisces tend to be creative, Virgos tend to be perfectionists, and apparently Capricorns tend to be cheaters — yes, you read that right.
According to data from marriage dating site Ashley Madison, "Capricorns are the most likely sign to cheat, and comprise the majority of Ashley Madison users among tens of millions."
Although Capricorns (those born between December 21 and January 19) are said to be responsible, disciplined, and wealthy in the self-control department, it's also interesting to note that Capricorns are ambitious and the best at keeping secrets and intimate details private. The juxtaposition of the two sets of traits is interesting and, according to Ashley Madison, might mean that Capricorns are dismissing their practical sides "when it comes to their sexual gratification; or maybe they seek outside partners to satisfy their physical needs so they are able to stay in their marriage and avoid divorce."
The dating site also pulled the four runners-up in terms of signs most likely to cheat:
- Aquarius
- Pisces
- Taurus
- Cancer
As a semi-nonbeliever in astrology (I say semi because I am pretty much a Pisces to a T and can't seem to ignore that fact), I'd say this information should be taken with a grain of salt and definitely isn't grounds to start snooping on your Capricorn partner. But I'll also say that I'm pretty happy Aries isn't on that list so I don't have to have an awkward conversation with my boyfriend to satisfy the small part of myself that believes in zodiac signs.
