Gwyneth Paltrow [1]'s wellness and lifestyle brand, Goop, and Netflix have teamed up again [2], with their new show, Sex, Love & Goop, streaming now. This six-episode docuseries [3] follows five couples as they try out new techniques to improve their sex lives [4] and reflect on pleasure, sex, and love.

In the first episode, we hear from Jaiya, a somatic sexologist who created what she calls the Erotic Blueprints after 20 years of working with clients and performing clinical research. The Erotic Blueprint quiz used on the show — which is 22 questions and takes less than 10 minutes to complete — can be found on her website [5].

Essentially, the Erotic Blueprint quiz is a personality quiz, but for your sex life. After you complete the quiz you'll find out which of the five Erotic Blueprint types you are: energetic, sensual, sexual, kinky, or shapeshifter. You'll also get more in-depth information about your blueprint, which can tell you what you need to be truly turned on.

But what exactly are these five types of eroticism? Energetics, naturally, care a lot about energy within a sexual situation. They may like to be teased and can even orgasm without touch. The sensual cares a lot about their environment. They are the romantics of the sexual blueprints, preferring that the scene is set and all their senses are ignited. For sexuals, the focus is on sex and the physicality behind it. They can become upset if they're not having it enough. If you're kinky, according to Jaiya's roadmap, you're turned on by the taboo. Think Rihanna [6] in "S&M." Finally, there's the shapeshifter, who needs a little bit of all of these things.

The quiz is a great way to learn more about what you want in bed and, as Jaiya says, what your "sexual superpowers" are. Plus, if you have a partner, you can learn more about what they like.
