Do Small Gestures to Show You Care
Give little acts of kindness to make your partner smile. "Love is a verb, it's not about what you currently feel, it's about what you do. Make it a habit to do two to three caring acts every day and notice how that will even change the way you feel about your spouse [or partner] and how [they] feel about you," says Rabbi Shlomo Slatkin, licensed clinical professional counsellor and certified imago relationship therapist to POPSUGAR. This might be picking up your partner's favourite coffee on the way home, gently giving a massage after they worked out, or sending a midday text that you appreciate them.
