Megan Fox is kicking off her hot-girl summer. On 4 June, she shared a close-up of her teeny-tiny black swimsuit, as well as a selfie in said bikini hanging out by the water. Her effortless swimwear consisted of a bandeau top featuring a keyhole cutout in the middle of the bust and matching thong-style bottoms. The unique textured set is from Indah, a sustainable fashion brand that handcrafts its designs in Bali, Indonesia.
The actor is just the latest to try the thongkini trend, otherwise known as the power suit of the summer. A staple from the '90s runways, the barely-there thong bikini has recently seen a major resurgence, with celebrities like Lizzo, Hailey Bieber, and Kendall Jenner giving the style their stamp of approval.
Fox accessorised the swimwear with a stack of bracelets, including two Cartier love bangles, a string of pearls, and a tennis bracelet, as well as a coral pink manicure. She appeared fresh-faced with minimal makeup and her newly-dyed red hair styled into tousled waves.
Her casual, beachy look is a change from her recent red carpet appearances, in which she embraced full glam and alluring styles. She recently headed to a party with Machine Gun Kelly in a grey corset minidress and thigh-high boots, while her fiancé went shirtless under a black jacket. For back-to-back celebrations of her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue launch in May, Fox turned heads in a sheer LaQuan Smith gown and a plunging knit dress covered in tiny holes.
