This is very satisfying and easy to make, plus it's budget friendly. For the broccoli add water, garlic minced, red pepper flakes, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, add broccoli for 3 min turn off heat let stand for few more minutes. Sweet potato- olive oil, onions, salt. Cook sweet potato in olive oil for 20 min add onions and salt cook for a few more min.
