This Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake Is My New Go-to This Fall

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cups almond milk
    1 scoop pumpkin pie protein
    1 frozen (or raw) banana
    4 to 6 ice cubes
    1 tbsp natural peanut butter
    Optional: a dash of cinnamon on top

Directions

  1. Take all of your ingredients, including the one scoop of protein, and blend them in a NutriBullet or blender until ice is crushed and peanut butter is mixed in (about 15 seconds or so).
  2. Pour into a glass, or drink it straight from the NutriBullet cup!
