Ingredients
- 3/4 to 1 cup unsweetened vanilla plant-based milk (I used Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Protein Almond and Cashew Milk [1])
2 frozen bananas
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
Directions
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, add three-quarters cup of the unsweetened vanilla milk, then the frozen fruit.
- Blend for several minutes until creamy. Add the other quarter cup if milk if you ant it creamier.
- Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
