Raw Carrot Salad

Ingredients
- 1 large organic raw carrot
1 teaspoon of organic olive oil or organic coconut oil
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
Pinch sea salt and, if desired, black pepper
Optional herb or spice of your choosing (see TikTok for inspo!)
Directions
- Peel the carrot lengthwise into a salad bowl.
- Drizzle on oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and optional seasoning.
- Toss with a fork until carrot is fully coated.
- Enjoy!
