Can TikTok's Carrot Salad Really Balance Hormones?

Ingredients

  1. 1 large organic raw carrot
    1 teaspoon of organic olive oil or organic coconut oil
    1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
    Pinch sea salt and, if desired, black pepper
    Optional herb or spice of your choosing (see TikTok for inspo!)

Directions

  1. Peel the carrot lengthwise into a salad bowl.
  2. Drizzle on oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and optional seasoning.
  3. Toss with a fork until carrot is fully coated.
  4. Enjoy!
