Ingredients
- Ice
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1 banana
2 handfuls fresh blueberries
2 handfuls fresh raspberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
5 ounces premade vanilla protein shake (optional)
Directions
- Fill your blender halfway with ice.
- Add almond milk.
- Peel a banana, and place the fruit in the blender.
- Add blueberries, raspberries, protein powder, and protein shake (optional).
- Blend until smooth. If needed, add more almond milk until you reach the desired consistency.
