Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo are parents to two adorable daughters — 1-year-old Dusty Rose and 2-month-old Gio Grace — and though taking care of two young children can be difficult, these two have a solid system to keep everything in check. While speaking with E! News on the set of The Voice, the 39-year-old musician revealed how he's adjusted his busy schedule since becoming a father, even though his girls are "so fresh out of the box" and "don't do that much yet."

"For me, it's like, be a parent every single chance you get," Adam told the host about his balanced lifestyle. "As soon as I can be a parent at any time during the day, I do it. And that's like as a dad too, you gotta be there. That's a big thing, being around all the time."

Adam appreciates all the time he spends with his girls, but because the toddler and infant struggle is real, he and Behati have a system. It's their strategy for getting things done, being able to handle anything that comes up, and, above all, enjoying each other's company. "I call it the A-Team," Adam shared. "A-Team has to be fresh, functional, relaxed, and happy to deal with the B-Team, which is your children. A-Team is your other person, this is my girl. We have to be ready for you. If the A-Team is not ready for the B-Team, we have problems, no one's going to have any fun."

We'd love to be a part of that A-Team huddle. Ready? Break!
