The 2019 Emmy Award nominations are in [1], and Hollywood's talented set is wasting no time in turning to Instagram to share their appreciation [2] for being recognised. There's one actor, though, who articulated her joy in a very special way that's plucking at our heartstrings.

If you're one of the tons of people who watched Amy Schumer's Netflix special, Growing [3], you know she filmed it while pregnant — being miserable and pregnant was part of her material. So when she got her much-deserved nomination for it, she had to thank the person who was right up on stage with her: baby Gene!

"We are very proud of being EMMY nominated for our @netflixisajoke special #GROWING as we were both on stage during filming! Very proud and excited. Thank you everyone who voted and to my husband who wants me to never stop talking," she wrote on Instagram.

We're so happy to see this nomination, and think she's just the cutest for giving Gene a nod as well!
