Cardi B Singing "In My Feelings" to Her Daughter

Cardi B's Version of a "Lullaby" For Baby Kulture Is Just as Amazing as You'd Imagine

"Twinkle Twinkle Little Star"? Nope. "Hush Little Baby"? Hard Pass. "Rock-a-Bye Baby"? I don't know her. "In My Feelings"? Okurrrrrr.

We're assuming that was Cardi B's thought process before she settled on the ultimate lullaby for her 5-week-old baby girl: a lovely remix to Drake's popular song "In My Feelings." The new mom recently gave fans an inside look at what a modern-day lullaby sounds like while serenading Kulture, and we're warning you, it's really cute.

"Kulture, do you love me? I'm your mommy. I remember when I had you inside me, and I birthed ya, and I need ya, and I'm down for ya always," Cardi sings in the sweet Instagram clip. Since she and husband Offset welcomed their daughter in July, Cardi has been open about what motherhood means to her. She revealed that she will not be sharing photos of her daughter publicly until she's "at least 5 or 6 months old," and she also said she wasn't hiring a nanny yet so she could spend as much time as possible with her family and her baby.

Every new mom can relate to Cardi's desire to spend every waking minute with her newborn — she recently dropped out of Bruno Mars's 24K Magic tour to be with Kulture, and Cardi's caption just proves how much she's obsessed with being a mother. "I really don't wanna go to the studio today," she wrote alongside the sweet video. We know she just released Invasion of Privacy, but could Cardi have a hip-hop lullaby album in the works? We sure hope so.
