On July 22, Chrissy Teigen posted a sweet little video of her and a smiley, wiggly Miles [3] (who is looking a lot like John Legend and his sister Luna [4] in these early days). But rather than watch the video replay on a loop multiple times, as I normally would with Chrissy's Instagram content, my eyes wandered to the comments section, where I saw a hilarious interaction between the mom of two and a fan who definitely never expected a response from Chrissy herself.
Tagging a friend, Instagram user fernandesrach asked, "Literally will my kids ever be this cute?" likely assuming that her friend would be the one to respond, if anyone. However, the woman got more than that: Chrissy noticed her comment, and rather than respond in the expected way — which we all know just isn't how Chrissy operates [5] — she gave an answer that will make you laugh out loud and give you a mental image you'll never be able to unsee [6].
"Yes, you will think your baby is the cutest because when you give birth you also push out a part of your brain," Chrissy wrote back. I, of course, read the beginning of that sentence and assumed it'd end with "because it'll be your baby," but Chrissy's response is much, much funnier, mostly because it's too true [8]. At least it guarantees that everyone gets to have the cutest baby ever?
