Jessica Simpson Relieved Her Pregnancy Anxiety by Doing This 1 Simple Thing

By the looks of her Instagram account, Jessica Simpson's third pregnancy [3] has been quite the journey, chock-full of ups and downs — from a swoon-worthy baby shower [4] to her extremely swollen feet [5]. Like really, really swollen feet. Recently, the soon-to-be mom of three shared how she helped alleviate her pregnancy anxiety [6] after being sick for a few weeks, and yep, pretty much any woman can do it.

"After a month of sciatica pain, followed by 3 weeks of bronchitis, I figured since my feet fit in my sneaks today I needed to walk out a lot of anxiety!!" she captioned the photo. Although being sick is never fun — and is certainly extra terrible when you're pregnant — we're sure all the trouble will be worth it once her sweet baby girl, Birdie [7], arrives!
