This Tutorial For Making Gummy Legos Is Giving Us Serious Candy Cravings

13/11/2018 - 05:25 PM

Whether your kids love Legos and candy equally or not, there's no question that they'll be obsessed with these DIY [1] Lego gummies that YouTuber Grant Thompson, aka "The King of Random," creates. In a tutorial for how to make the gummy candies [2], Grant shares his process and shows off the final result — bright, colourful, Lego bricks and minifigures made entirely out of three ingredients: Jell-O, corn syrup, and gelatin. The DIY would make for a seriously fun indoor activity with your kids [3], or you could make them yourself and pack them up as an edible stocking stuffer [4] or birthday party favour [5].

Check out the tutorial above, and ahead, find photos of the final products as well as the molds he used to make everything (minus the one he made himself, which allows the bricks to actually be stackable!).

Find them in your local Lego store, available to fill with bricks, or on Ebay [8].

If this picture doesn't make you want candy, we don't know what will.
