Jennifer Garner's three kids are heading back to school, and the celebrity mom is more than ready. How do we know?
She posted a homemade meme to her Instagram account that perfectly sums up how parents can feel so differently at the start of summer and at the end of it.
The first photo shows herself beaming with pride while holding a piece of paper titled "Fun Summer Ideas," and the latter shows her looking a little worse for wear – covered in (fake) blood, sweat, and grime. Sure, it's a behind-the-scenes photo from her new action flick Peppermint, but the metaphor is clear to parents everywhere: the best of intentions get used up in that first week of holiday and the rest of the season is spent in pure survival mode until we can get them back on that school bus. Her caption included the hashtags #backtoschool, #iwillmissthembut…, and #godblessteachers.
