Kate Hudson on Coparenting and the Importance of Not "Talking Sh*t" Around Kids

06/03/2019 - 11:15 PM

Kate Hudson [1] is not afraid to talk about coparenting with the world, and honestly, we could all learn a lot from her. She was a recent guest on Laura Wasser's Divorce Sucks! podcast [2], People noted, and she opened up about maintaining relationships [3] with the three different fathers of her three children. Kate is mom to Ryder Robinson (15), Bingham Hawn Bellamy (seven), and Rani Rose Hudson Fujikawa [4] (five months). The actress was married to Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson for seven years before dating Muse frontman Matt Bellamy for four years, and she welcomed her baby girl [5] with her current boyfriend, Danny Fujikawa [6]. She's friends with her exes, and coparenting with a positive attitude is a huge priority for her.

"As much as I would say I don't recommend it to most, my situation is quite amazing," Kate said on the podcast. She shared details about how they all make it work (communication is key), and why she watches what she says around the kids. Read more of what she had to say below, and see pictures of her sweet family ahead.
