Kid Dressed as Grocery Store Joe For Halloween 2018

Bachelor Nation: Your Kids Should Have No Choice but to Be Grocery Store Joe For Halloween

He's got canned goods, he's got produce, but can somebody get this toddler a rose?! It's officially spooky season, which means it's that time of year where parents have full creative control over their young kid's Halloween costumes — that's what it's all about, right? Personally, I'd have my entire family dress as the Los Angeles Lakers starting five, but that would involve having children, and I'm just not there yet. For now, I'm living vicariously through these genius parents who let their own obsessions inspire their children's Halloween costumes. There's the 3-year-old best friends who went as Chip and Joanna Gaines last year, the set of siblings who went as the Riverdale characters, and our latest favourite is this 14-month-old boy giving Joe Amabile a run for his money.

That's right, Bachelor Nation, the Chicago-born sweetheart who lasted all but a day on The Bachelorette — yet stole the hearts of viewers (and now-girlfriend Kendall) on Bachelor in Paradise — and is currently swinging on stage on Dancing With the Stars is inspiring Halloween costumes for fans of all ages. Well, the children of fans of all ages. We caught up with Bethany Heitzman, the mom and brain behind the mini-size Grocery Store Joe, who just so happens to to be a "huge" Bachelor and Joe fan herself.

"Couldn't decide between a skunk and an [avocado], so we went with Grocery Store Joe," Bethany captioned her collection of Instagram photos. Teddy, her adorable toddler, might not know it now, but he's already a miniature legend. We've got to give Bethany props here, because this DIY costume is as creative as it is easy to replicate. With some toy canned goods, a mini shopping cart, and a name tag, your tot is ready to get his rose candy.
