Kim Kardashian on How She Will Explain Sex Tape to Her Kids

Kim Kardashian Reveals How She Plans to Tell Her Kids About Her Sex Tape

Kim Kardashian might be an open book, but that doesn't mean she is looking forward to explaining certain things from her past to her children.

During an appearance on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, a caller asked Kim and her sisters Kourtney and Khloé to name their most cringeworthy moment.

"I think mine is obvious," Kim said with a laugh. Although no one on the show directly confirmed, she was no doubt referring to her 2003 sex tape with then-boyfriend Ray J, which went public in 2007.

When Andy asked what she plans to tell her four kids — North, Saint, Chicago, and a baby boy on the way — about the controversy, she was candid.

"I don't know yet," she said. "I mean, I have an idea, and I think I'm just going to be superhonest and real with them. That's all you can really be."

Kim isn't the only one who owns her mistakes and is determined to be honest with her kids about them.

Kourtney, meanwhile, admitted that the "fights on the show" between her and ex Scott Disick will be hard to explain to her kids "if they see certain things." As for Khloé, she has noticed in rewatching episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians that she wasn't always kind to her mother.

"One thing I noticed is . . . how I would speak to my mum in the earlier seasons," she said. "I love that I've grown and hopefully don't talk to her like that anymore."
