As parents, we know there's a strong case to make for living in the moment and being present for your family, but there's no denying that planning, whether that be for a holiday, birthday, or holiday, is just as rewarding. Is there no way to be present while simultaneously — and joyously — thinking ahead to our favourite times of the year?
We think there is. We're certainly enjoying our time outside in the sunshine with our kids [1], but we just learned that Oriental Trading has released its Halloween [2] catalogue, and well, it's given us reason to come inside for a bit to do a little Fall planning.
