Celebrity Kids Are Going Back to School, Too! See Their Sweet First-Day Photos

It looks like Jamie Lynn's kids are growing up fast, and no one is as surprised as her. On Aug. 7, she shared a photo of her daughter Maddie holding her little sister Ivey with the caption, "How do I have a 6th grader??"

The TV host and personality officially sent his two older children back to class on Aug. 20. He shared the news on Instagram with a series of photos. "3rd grade & kindergarten look out!," he wrote. "Gigi & Nico comin' at ya!"

Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte sent his son off to school on Aug. 19. He commemorated the special day with a sweet social media post. "My handsome boy," he wrote. "So grown up! Excited for his first day of school."

The mom of six was recently spotted dropping off her 18-year-old son, Maddox, at Yonsei University in South Korea on Aug. 21.

The TV personality is very emotional about sending her daughter, Lola, off to college this year. She shared a photo of her planting a wet one of her daughter's cheek and previously posted a throwback Thursday picture from Lola's christening with the caption: "2001 from your christening to college. In the blink of an eye. I'm not crying, you're crying. (Actually Daddy's sobbing.)" How sweet!

The Seinfeld squad went in from an emotional family hug before sending their daughter Sascha off to college. "And just like that, they leave the nest. (For now)," Jessica captioned the tender photo.

Mom of three Katherine Heigl knows how to serve up a heavy dose of back-to-school excitement with an added dash of parental embarrassment. On Aug. 27, she shared a video of her singing her daughters a cheer on Instagram, and the kids look less than thrilled! "First day of school for my gorgeous girls!" she captioned the video. "Yeah, I came up with an embarrassing cheer this morning laying in bed and couldn't wait to sing it for them. The good news is . . . I did not do this in front of their classmates!"
