Popsugar Parenting Teenager Photos From Global Climate Strike 2019 Teens Around the World Are Protesting Climate Change — and the Signs Are Pretty Amazing 15 March 2019 by Danielle Jackson Image Source: Getty / JOHANNES EISELE On Friday, March 15, students in over 50 countries around the world skipped school to protest global leaders and their failure to take action to prevent climate change. In an effort to bring awareness to the current climate crisis, students and adults alike took to the streets to participate in the Youth Climate Strike on Friday morning, and as always, there were some pretty powerful signs in attendance.
