But we didn't anticipate that the best costumes of them all would come from two preschoolers. Three-year-old twins Emma and Mila Stauffer dressed as Meghan and Queen Elizabeth for the spooky holiday, and honestly, the resemblance can only be described as uncanny. They didn't just knock it out of the park — they knocked it out of the freakin' stratosphere.
