Get Your Kids Excited For UglyDolls With Its Soundtrack, Featuring Sooo Many Kelly Clarkson Songs
UglyDolls, an animated musical staring Kelly Clarkson and Nick Jonas, is hitting theatres in May, but until then, find us bopping along to its incredible soundtrack. The film features Kelly Clarkson as Moxy, who lives in a town called Uglyville with all the other dolls and toys who didn't quite come out as expected (as opposed to going to a toy store). Moxy travels with other "ugly" plush toys to the town of Perfection, where everyone — including Nick Jonas's character, Lou — looks perfect, in the hopes of being sent off to find a child who will love them as they are.
Kelly Clarkson's magical voice appears on half the soundtrack — we're already obsessed with her music video for "Broken & Beautiful" — but don't sleep on songs performed by Nick Jonas, Janelle Monáe, Bebe Rehxa, and Blake Shelton, in addition to other artists. Check out all of the songs below and prepare to hear your kids' favourites on repeat until UglyDolls hits theatres* on May 3 (*actually, they'll probably only want to listen to these tunes more after the film's release).
